This is our second time staying here and it was brilliant, Tricia was prompt in meeting us and ran through the paperwork, the food was excellent as always, room clean and big, we booked the king, we will definitely be going back

Upon arrival we were welcomed promptly. We had a stressful drive up to the hotel and would just like to get in our room. We were kept downstairs for 10-15 minutes whilst Tricia was running us through a few things. Our room was clean to the finest point. Me and my girlfriend shared and it was nice. The bad things... We stayed at the Windsor Carlton for two nights from 11th to 13th November. We were made to feel very welcome by Tricia and Chris on arrival. Tricia gave good advice on places to eat and told us where we could get discounted tickets. The room was of a high standard, very clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.... More

The perfect hotel to stay in if you are a family or couple who are there to savour the best attractions of Blackpool and avoid the tat! Great hosts who couldn't possibly do any more for you; modern decor; well maintained; great food; great price; and well away from the South Shore party animals! Absolutely perfect!

What a great B & B and really friendly owners. Breakfasts were superb and always hot. Our bedroom was nicely decorated and the furnishings beautiful. We had a sea view which was lovely and tea & coffee facilities. Tricia was very informative and gave us tips on where to get event tickets cheaper than buying at the actual venues. Overall... More

We had a great stay at the Windsor Carlton in August 2012. We stayed 2 nights and had a twin room and a double. The rooms were very nice, decorated to a good standard and very clean. Breakfast was very good and staff all extremely helpful. Would definately stay here again when in the area.
