The hotel was comfortable, the staff made our stay very nice... this is the place to go! for groups, throwing parties... mo rocks!!!!! the rooms are a good size, it is relly good VALUE for money!!! A must visiit for sur, go, you wont be disappointed!! more

wot a joke travelled with 11 friends advertised turkey an tinsel..nothin christmassy about it offered chicken goujons an chips batter still wet.. uncooked breakfast..then offered cottage pie an more chips again waiter unpleasant and unclean showers when they worked ..refunds were given..wouldnt recommend 2 anyone.. more

We stayed at the new centeral hotel last night, and i have to say its the worse place i have ever stayed in. The website photos are a total con. the rooms look nothing like the photos. Our room was dirty! The bathroom was very small, if you wanted to use the dirty shower you had stand down the side... more

Went to this hotel for a chilled out weekend with friends! Had an absolute blast and the stay was very economical too! The staff is very helpful and the rooms are good size and clean! The manager, Mo just rocks!! It is defiintely worth going to! more

this hotel should be called faulty towers not the new central. i think they should close until the funds are available to run it properly. the rooms are old fashioned rickety, very cold and stained carpets. when told about the cold rooms they said to put more jumpers on thats what they do - but they are not paying £90... more
