“Lovely Stay”

Excellent Guesthouse! Helen and Kelvin very welcoming and attentive! Beautiful room with everything you could need! Great location and tasty breakfast! The only place I will stay in Blackpool!! I would recommend Rossall house to all travellers looking for a relaxing modern b&b with everything you need for a great stay!

“Excellent stay! A very welcoming guesthouse/ bnb!!!”

It was a 2-day trip in Blackpool away from Uni. Pretty chilly and windy but I found myself enjoying my stay in the Rossall House. Very welcoming and friendly couple! Simply brilliant!!! (p.s. They helped me get back when I was stuck outside!!!) Very clean, neat and tidy! Environmentally friendly!! Welcoming and cosy!!!

We had a lovely overnight stay at Rossall House. The B&B is clean, modern, newly furnished and well decorated. The rooms are warm and the beds are comfy. “Best b&b in Blackpool”

Kelvin & Helen have transformed Rossell house into a warm welcoming modern b&b . The food and service were second to none we would have no hesitation to recommend Rossell house to anyone looking for a great stay & relaxing break . Kelvin & Helen were great hosts very friendly , couldn't do enough for us .

I reckon with helen and kelvin this b&b is going to be very hard to get in, with being fully booked, very clean, well decorated the hosts was fantastic, helen is a great cook. Bar was nice and cheap and the lager was lovely and cold, I will be returning, and who rver stays here once will return, this b&b... More

Kelvin & Helen make you very welcome, friendly & the hotel it's self is value for money. Very modern & immaculate condition. One of the very few hotels that are great standard for the money you pay. “fantastic service”

we stayed here back in sept 2012 for the lights the service was first class rooms spotless and nothing was too much for Kelvin and Helen. we had 2 small children and they were very helpful with warming food for my baby and also for my toddler will definatley be going back this year.

“Perfect stay to see the lights”

Me and my family went in October to see the lights, the service was first class, it was clean,tidy and moden. A short walk away from the front, we will go ever year and will stay there every year love it and would highly recommend it. Thanks for a fab stay

Amazing, made to feel welcome. It was clean, tidy and well decorated. Kelven and Helen were friendly and helped us find 'out of the way' interesting activities for our 2 night stay. Very accommodating. Such excellent value.

We stumbled upon this by accident , as all the typical travelodge's etc were fully booked With it being the illuminations and kids half term.. And my experience of Blackpool accomodation in the past had been very unpleasant...and with having my son with me, I wanted to make sure we had somewhere nice , clean and welcoming to stay .....
