We have stayed at the Hilton in Blackpool many times and have never been let down, the experience is always wonderful the staff attentive the food marvelous and the accommodation lovely, we cannot praise it highly enough. Book with confidence.

This Blackpool hotel needs money spent on the room as it had old furniture and bathroom fittings which need updating also needs decorating to brighten it up. The reception and restuarant had money spent on it but the room was neglected which is were we were staying. Could do better!

Booked an overnight stay, dinner bed and breakfast, at the Hilton in Blackpool. Have to say, the staff were all so friendly, and the room was perfect. Food was delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend staying here.

Similar in many ways to Blackpool itself in that the hotel is tired, the rooms are dirty and long overdue a make over. Dreadful member of the Hilton portfolio and surprising star rating. Staff however were pleasant and breakfast was actually pretty okay.
