And they have smoking rooms what a bonus :))) we went with national holidays and received good care thou out ... Food was basic but fresh and tasty.. Breakfast was nice ... My partner an I stayed in this hotel for 1 night, paid £39 (inc breakfast), got a small room but for one night was fine. Our room included a sea view which was lovely! Lifts where quick, an the hotel is spotless. If you're going to breakfast, best to go after 9am due to the vast amount of golden oldies... More

Rooms dated. Units all scratched. TV could get only 4 main channels couldn't get c5 towards end stay got itv2. Standard of cleaning needs a complete overhaul. Booked last minuet one night stay 4adults 3children cheap and cheerful is best way to describe this hotel, we booked 3 rooms half board. Rooms and hotel need up dating and hotel just to big its a long way from one end of hotel to the other. Hotel staff very pleasant and friendly, food ok but a lot of queuing.... More

Room was clean if a little tired. Breakfast was buffet style, and very adequate for what was paid. Tram stops outside the hotel for journeys into North Pier or Tower. had a nice stay staff very helpful room very clean good breakfast. realy good value for money only problem was the room it was very warm .entertainment was excellant we will definately come back again this year.
