stayed at this hotel recently the ciggarette smell was horendous by reception, did ask if it was a smoking hotel as the smell was so bad as a non smoker we will not be staying again. other guest had to smoke outside in the cold but the staff dont seem to have to go out they smoke inside shame they... more

we stayed here for new year what a disapointment dirty scruffy hotel food was unedible as for gala dinner ive eaten better food in transport cafes weve been going to blackpool for 26 years and weve never experianced anything like this before more

Came to this hotel last new year, we had an excellent time. This year what a difference, because they have joined with the hotel next door, it has suffered!!! Me and a colleague took a service user in a wheelchair for the weekend. The hotel prides itself in being wheelchair friendly. JOKE. The ramp's very narrow. A bigger person will struggle.
