Stayed here over the weekend and it was fab. Shirley is a lovely women and very friendly. Breakfast is lovely too. When we return as a family next year I'll be returning here. Perfect location opposite the water park and round the corner from pleasure beach.

Lovely B&B, easy to find, car park at rear, very very friendly, breakfast excellent, room clean and comfy, nothing bad to say and no negatives, this is first rate for a short stay in Blackpool, would recommend to anyone of any age and will be visiting again!
