“rooms booked every year”

i organize a coach trip to Blackpool every October , a party from my coach always stay with Trish & John and are very pleased with their friendly welcome, and kindness, its very clean through out, i shall be pleased to continue booking rooms for them in the future.

Lovely b+b very clean and homley feeling. Lovely breakfast and lovely family run hotel would highly recommend it! Close to all major atractions when we comw back to blacpool we will be re booking with Trish and john thank use both very much! :-)

just got back from hotel, trish was a lovely woman and john a great cook very hot food, cleaner than my own house had a wonderful stay, wouldn,t think twice about going back would book on spot, hotel very central and can be see from the tower Helen, Sheila and Pip xx

Great food - great location - great company. You would have to look very hard to find somewhere that makes you feel so welcome. Johns cooking is absolutely fabulous and there is plenty of it We had a great week. Thank you so much Trish and John..
