Me and my friend stayed for a night and couldn't fault it. Everything in the room was imaculate, nice fresh bedding, bathroom was spotless and breakfast excellent. Helen and Michaels hospitality and service was second to none. Will definitely use stay at Rosebank Villa next time we go to Blackpool. More

We stayed for one night and wished we chosen a different hotel. The room was overpriced at £54 for B&B. Tiny bedroom, noisy, poor breakfast, door to en-suite wouldn't close, shower inefficient. Blackpool accommodation is inexpensive so there will be plenty of better choices. More
