Nice warm friendly welcome, room with ensuite was nice, clean and warm and quiet and night. Breakfast was also enjoyable, and not too early! Parking was luck of the draw if you could park near to property, but that's seasides for you, and that was the only negative, would go again if we were visiting Blackpool again. More
