“Fantastic gem of a hotel”

Having found this hotel courtesy of Groupon what a little gem - friendly welcoming staff, four poster bed and jacuzzi bath , lovely pool , steam and sauna rooms. Food excellent value and beautifully cooked- grounds are lovely just 4 miles from the hustle and bustle of Bowness - fantastic

this was a birthday gift so really wanted to enjoy it. What a disappointing review. We have no guest rooms in the basement here at the hotel, but I am sorry we were not suitable for them.
