Nine of us were very well looked for our annual walking weekend. We had a warm welcome and were given clear instructoions on keys, parking, breakfast ordering and checkout. It sounded a bit 'Basil Fawlty' but it worked, we knew immediately what we needed to do. They accomodated our often changing plans for beds required without grumpiness. We all had... More

Stayed here last weekend, didn't plan anything in advance. Just turned up out of the blue. Was advised by reception 2 rooms available, one with Jacuzzi and One with normal bath and shower, opted for the Normal with bath and shower @ £40 per person per night. We got Room 5, Top floor up a few flights of stairs, room... More

Just got back from The Lakes after a glorious weekend of walking. Stayed here for 2 nights with several other people. I agree with some of the previous reviews that the hotel is in need of some TLC as it does look slightly dated and tired. The room I had was up on the top floor and was clean, tidy... More

I read the reviews on here before I went and I was a bit dubious to be honest! Anyway we had a fabulous time and came home feeling relaxed and chilled out. The car park is a tad on the small side and unless your trying to park a combine harvester you should have no problems. The room was immaculate... More

Stayed overnight in January, for one night. The hotel is a cosy and comfortable place to stay. Nice little bar with a good selection of whiskys! Thanks for a pleasant evening. More

My husband and I were looking to treat ourselves with a 'luxury' b&b and were thrilled when we found the Executive Room 1 on Google at £50 + pppn. However, when we arrived, despite a free car park being advertised, the car park is extremely small. The hotel has quite a few rooms but only space for five cars to... More

Spent one night at this hotel. Disappointing as the rooms were quite nice but the pipework needs some attention. All night long as people either turned on a tap or went to the toilet and in the morning when having their showers, I thought someone had started a pneumatic drill, hence I got no sleep at all. The room that... More

Keswick Park is a jewel in the middle of Keswick. Good rooms, great value, wonderful bar, and the owners are very gracious. Very quiet, yet in the the middle of town!! Definitely will come back!! More

We stayed here having completed Hadrians Wall Path earlier than planned and decided to take the opportunity to explore the lakes for a few days. Arriving in Keswick without any bookings we were a "walk in" and were greeted by a pleasent, helpful young lady who negotiated a reasonable price with us for the last room available. The room was...
