Clean and comfortable. Good size rooms, and decent breakfasts that prepare you for long walks around Keswick. Parking did seem a bit tight on the road, however, we did manage to squeeze in a spot just outside of the B&B.

Lovely comfortable room, clean and tastefully decorated. Good location and handy for walking into town for a choice of restaurants and bars. Amanda and Steve were fabulous hosts and their breakfasts were delicious! Highly recommended.

We had a family room which we found very comfortable.The breakfasts were delicious I recommend the porridge,especially if you are planning a long walk! Steve and Amanda were great hosts nothing was too much trouble even filling our flasks!

I highly recommend this B&B. It's only a few blocks from the city center. Rooms are small but comfortable. Amanda and Steven are amazing hosts. Always readily available for enquiries or help. If you are looking for a relaxing stay then the Rowan Tree is where you want to be.
