Our room was very clean and well appointed. Great use of space with the addition of the ensuite.The bed was beautiful soft and supportive. Jill welcomed us with afternoon tea. Lovely breakfast. Great location close to the town centre. Parking is a problem in Keswick, but Jill made a space available for us in her car park.

Stayed as a couple two nights and could not fault anything. Very comfortable bed and a great shower! The rooms were clean and fresh and you open the window. Right on the little golf course, near the lake valley. Walk to everything. Decent choices for breakfast. Wifi not very strong, and owner not very knowledgeable re what to see. But, certainly welcoming and congenial. Room comfortable, clean; bathroom, new and well appointed.
