Can not fault this bed & breakfast. We stayed in the annexe (as we always have). Beds are clean and comfortable. Good facilities - tea, coffee and biscuits. This is our third visit to the Fernedene and it gets better each time. We were allocated the room in the annex where we have stayed before and it now has a kingsize bed in it. Very happy with our stay at Ferndene; Richard and Christine were very welcoming. Good food, very clean and modern room (in the annexe) with a super location for walking, eating and drinking. It was great to park the car and leave it for a few days. (Good biscuits and tea and coffee also provided in the room!) More

Stayed for 2 nts for a wedding near Keswick. Dined in Keswick on the 1st night at a hotel recommended by the B&B owners and it was lovely. Plenty of nice pubs to choose from too.
