This is a beauitful hotel right in the centre of Hawkshead. The room was fabulous with a gorgeous old fashioned bed and a victorian bathroom, if a little on the small side. It was with some trepidation that we arrived at the hotel after reading the last review, we had even contemplated cancelling our reservation based on the comments made.
