This must have been my 10th visit to Cherry Garth and I love it everytime! Perfect location, halfway between the lake and the town, so not far to get to many restaurants. The cherry garth is a tired looking shabby b&b. Over priced for the poor level of accommodation. Poor quality furniture and stained cheapish bedding is simply not acceptable for the prices charged. I stayed at Cherry Garth on a wet weekend's walking in the Lakes. The rooms are clean and tidy, comfortable and well- equipped. The breakfast was delicious, and the welcome one of the friendliest I've known, from local sisters who obviously understand and care about the Lakes.
