Stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel's location is very close to the centre of Ambleside, but also only a couple of minutes walk from the lake, so a very handy place to stay with nice parking facilities. We were a group of 5 adults and stayed in 2 rooms for 1 night in August 2011. Found the accommodation to be excellent - clean, comfortable, everything you could want.
