My wife and I stayed here for one night in September 2011 and had a brilliant time. We had spent the day mountain biking and were thoroughly soaked and covered in mud by the time we arrived. We stayed 2 nights as we had a wedding in the area. The landlord was very welcoming and helpful to get our car park sorted, gave us a great suggestion for a pub to get a couple of nice beers from. We stayed here for one night with our miniature schnauzer Arnold - everything was excellent. The room was a good size, nice and clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and Simon made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy.
