Have just had a very pleasent stay at the rochester medway with my husband and 6 year old twins, found staff very friendly and rooms are lovely, beds are rather firm and i didnt find it comftable but everything else here was perfect rooms were all ready with beds all made up and our front facing room had lovely views... Staff were great! I called and asked if we could check in early and this was arranged with no fuss at all.
