A lovely new barn where guests have totally privacy away from the main house, huge room with a good en-suite and very good shower, as a mountain bike rider the shower facilities are essential. “A Good Find.”

Very friendly and helpful hosts. This B&B is in an excellent position close to Godshill. Both Full English and Continental style breakfasts are 1st Class. Our break exceeded all of our expectations. We will certainly stay again and thoroughly recommend this B&B to all our Family and Friends. Well Done Yvonne and Steve.

Thank you Yvonne and Chris for a lovely stay. We spotted it whilst driving by. The rooms were lovely and clean, there were two ensuite with under floor heating.These are new,y built and well maintained. The breakfast was hearty and spot on. Yvonne was very accommodating and helpful. There is plenty of parking.

This small B&B offers great value for money. You will get a very comfortable bed, with ensuite facilities - and the best shower ever! Very friendly, chatty hosts, good breakfast, spotlessly clean, non-smoking establishment and well worth a visit. Singles or families no problem.
