12 of us stayed at "Pepper pot" over the bank holiday weekend. 4 couples and 4 kids aged between 2 and 75. I have a few neutral comments but overall we were very impressed with this very large we'll appointed converted barn with a lovely outside area which was secure enough for there to be no need to worry about... This was our third time at Niton Barns in 6 months! Our last visit to the Hermitage with our friends (and 2 dogs!) was fantastic - truly perfect location for our 2 family visit. This time we stayed at St Catherine's which was perfect for the two of us with our Goldie (who was so excited to be back). This... More

my husband, daughter and partner + one much loved dog stayed for 4 nights during half term time in february. We stayed in St Catherines Barn, two separate bedrooms each with ensuite, The main delight was it was so warm with under floor heating as it was freezing outside. Lovely modern accommodation. We were greeted by Neil, who even called... More

Niton Barns is a perfect location for a stay away from any hustle or bustle. Beautiful surrounding, peaceful and tranquil. We stayed in Yarborough which was perfect. Clean, well presented, with all the creature comforts you need. And the welcome cake was just that - very welcome. Neil is helpful and friendly, as are all the staff. Perfect for anyone... More

We found Niton Barns to be ideally located for exploring the island, it is also close to Ventnor and Shanklin which are our particular favourites. Tennyson barn is ideal for two plus a dog, it is set in an enclosed courtyard which is safe for dogs and children to run around in. There are larger barns depending on the size... More

We stayed at Niton Barns in July 2012. We went on a family vacation with my in-laws, so there were quite a few of us. We rented two cabins. The barns are fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, and there are tv's in every room. The furniture is lovely, and the cabins are... More

Stayed in the Tennyson Barn for three nights with my husband, and our dog. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodation of a very high standard - tastefully decorated, modern and everything nicely finished. On arrival, we were greeted by Neil the Manager, along with the cleaning staff - all so friendly and helpful. We received a lemon cake and bottle of... More

I have been a few times and just love the setting and everything about the barns. Am honoured to be going back with my family to the Pepperpot next year to celebrate a birthday - having stayed in the barn before with good friends I know the quality and space, and have raved on about the barns i general so... We stayed in St Catherines just 2 of us & Tess, the dog. The barn and the whole complex is clean, modern and well kept, very inviting. Neil is around daily for recommendations and the small village has a good supermarket & pub, and central for the island. My only reservation is that there really isn't enough comfy seating for... The location is excellent on the southern side of the island in a quaint village with a good supermarket and post office. The barns have been tastefully converted. We stayed in Yarbourgh which was spacious for the 2 of us but would be cramped for 2. Nice and warm with good kitchen fittings apart from tiny impractical fridge. Hob and... More
