Stayed here on a vist to our daughter who is studying in Hereford. Clean, tidy hotel with comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Beefeater opposite is great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. What more can you ask, for £29 per night. (Book early to get this deal) Would definately return.

Very clean and fresh decor - well placed - nice rooms well maintained - Only slight gripe was very slow hot water flow in bathroom sink. Always pricier than Travelodge but slightly better quality overall.

Have stayed here quite a few times and never disappointed. Comfortable beds, clean and well maintained. Great bar staff particularly one, can't remember his name though. Good service and food. Breakfast fabulous as always.( Only one thing wrong this time - the noisy people in the corridor at 5am especially on a Bank holiday.) Will be back to stay again.

This is was our 3rd stay at this premier inn and certainly not the standard as our last, firstly asked for a ground floor room as my husband was recovering from a knee operation and stairs are a bit of a problem, well we were given room 40 which was the furthest away you could get on the ground floor... All you expect from a Premier Inn quiet clean and comfortable, I went for a room facing the car park. This was quiet but could hear footsteps from room above so go for a 1st floor room. A nice place to stay but avoid the beefeater next door. Food over priced and very ordinary and service really slow.

We stayed overnight here but having read previous reviews about the standard of the BEEFEATER we choose not to have our evening meal there but breakfast on the following morning-it is just like RONSEAL it does what it says on the tin, it is clean reasonably priced but it certainly going to give the SAVOY a hard time.
