Hotel was reasonable value for money but staff could learn a thing or two about customer service. No smiles, no questions, hard work. At breakfast i had to ask for warm drink which did not arrive until after i had eaten. Ajoining door through to function room full of delegates left open during breakfast, noise unacceptable. More

This was generally good, with a high standard of cleanliness.  The room was quite good, though rather gloomy (bedside lamps only, no overhead light) and we had to ask for an additional tall lamp to provide an adequate level of lighting.
