Just back from the most incredible weekend staying at The Swan Inn. Barton Stacey is a beautiful village with this perfect little gem nestling in its heart. Enjoyed a delicious lunch with excellent service. I was served the best chicken pie I've ever tasted. There is ample parking - and dogs are allowed in the bar. Situated in a v pretty village this pub is a real find and we will certainly be returning.

Went for lunch on Mother's Day - great food, beautifully presented (my sons tell me the beer was good as well!)- helpful, friendly, attentive staff - lovely welcoming open fire to warm guests on a cold day - would highly recommend this pub.

Went for lunch today, having visited this pub whilst under the previous management, several times, without complaint. This time the staff were even friendlier and the food very good. The kiwi landlord is charming and seems to have great plans for the future. Why, oh why aren't there more pubs like this???????
