Late booking for a ship launch. Excellent greeting on arrival but chose to swipe card and check in automatically for the first time, machine even dispensed room cards. Room on top floor, very quiet. Parked in adjacent multi-story cost £3 as arrived after 9pm.

Second time that we have used this hotel . As usual excellent premier standard , reception very very helpful and restaurant good . Nice evening meal , great brekky , recommend it if you visit Southampton or picking up a cruise ship sailing .

Premier Inn was located across from the West Quay Mall. Nice mall, lots of shops in the mall and on the Main Street. Handy for the train station, museum and ferry to the Isle of Wight. Cruise terminal easy to get to. Staff very friendly and helpful, clean and quiet. Would stay there again.

A great position for sparring on a cruise and also the city centre on your doorstep. Parking is in the multi storey car park across from hotel for £5 which worked well. Would definitely stay again, only negative was the chicken in the Caesar salad was mega tough but otherwise a fab place to stay for work, right opposite large shopping centre open til 8pm, felt safe as a lone female guest & staff very helpful.

We have had a week here using this hotel as a base to visit some other areas by train and bus . The location made it a real easy experience to get around the area and the staff were more than accommodating in every instance. Premier Inn- West Quay-Southampton. We stayed here 2 nights. We were greeted with friendly smiles and welcomes. The hotel is located very nice the cruise terminals, cost 6 pounds by taxi from the cruise terminal. The hotel has a very good restaurant and small bar. Wi-Fi 30 minutes free per day...
