The exec.rooms are spacious and have a settee. The staff were very helpful in changing a pre paid booking due to a car breakdown. Easy access to IOW ferry and 15-20 mins from cross channel port. Food is not spectacular rather typical chain pub menu at a reasonable price. More

This hotel needs a really deep clean everywhere especially the toilets near the main bar, sticky tables, floors which your shoes stick too ... yuck yuck. Very rude reception staff was the last straw. Bar staff good thou. Avoid. More

Stayed here as everywhere else booked - arrived late from the ferry terminal and had a drink in the bar, the restaurant had closed which might have been a lucky escape. Location of this hotel is not great if you are travelling by public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The outside looked OK and the reception was your average 2-3 star place. The rooms were good size but very worn. Really needed a refurbishment.
