Stayed here for one night in May and stayed in the suite. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite finished so there were a number of standard items missing, such as toiletries, hairdryer etc. However, this did not distract from a lovely nights stay in what I have to say is one of the prettiest villages I've stayed in. All and I mean... More

We stayed at another B&B in Winchcombe. Was recommended this place for food. Have to say it was very good. If you are hungry, go for the Sausage starter. Big wooden plate of 10 sausages. With Chutney. Great we loved it. Very traditional pub, good people. Reasonable prices. More

We stayed here after a recomendation from family... we were not dissappointed!! The room was much bigger than expected and well equipped! The DVD player was a hit with the kids!! The owner loaned some DVD's for them to watch too - very friendly!! We had our evening meal and lunch the following day, both in their lovely beer garden.... More

My partner and I stayed at the Old White Lion for two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the inn. Our room was large, clean and although classically styled had all the modern fittings you would expect. Staff were very friendly and attentive and made our stay an enjoyable one. More

I had a late lunch here today with my partner and 2 year old son. We arrived after getting soaked in the rain walking up from the Steam Railway Station. The first thing the bar manager did was get us towels to dry off. We had a great lunch and I can highly recommend the delicious homemade pies. Staff were... More

Stayed in a 4 poster bed in this idyllic & quiet town. Under new management who seem to be doing their best to revamp the place & food. Food was good hearty pub grub. Staff friendly and knowledgable about the area for walks & tourist sites. More

we arrived as a party of 6 adults and 5 children after a walk at nearby Sudeley , in need of lunch and a drink. Lulled into this pub by a roaring fire, cosy setting etc. Were informed the place was quiet as end of season and limited menu available, which was finee as we only wanted soup or a... More

After a full review of this incident, the guest only actually order half of the food they expected, when the correct food was taken out they had changed their mind but had forgotten to notify the staff. This confused the waiter as he trusted that the guests knew what they had ordered. I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay, More

Having been regular patrons over many years, we were staggered to see how far the establishment had declined. An almost empty restaurant on a Friday night when it used to be full and you had to book to get in. Sloppy service by scruffy staff. Drunks being edjected at 7pm. Friends used to stay and enjoy value for money in... More

Family members had stayed here previously and liked it. In the time since then it has obviously gone downhill, severely. It has the air of being un-cared for, and it has so much potential. The staff seem to echo that feeling, and seem care-less. We certainly did not feel welcomed. It was as though doing anything to help us was... More

My husband and i stayed overnight and wished that we had booked in for some more. The service was exemplary, very efficient and friendlly, the gentleman behind the desk even carried our suitcases to the rooms-thank you Jasson. The rooms very lovely, everything you would expect of a 500cyear old building, lots of beams, tiny windows and oh so cute... More
