The owners of this delightful B&B, Greg and Iris, make you feel so welcome that you feel at home right away. Do not forget to say hello to the keeper of this abode: Rollo; when he wags his tail (while being caressed) the spine moves from side to side. Breakfast is a delight, the room and bathroom very clean and... More

Greg and Iris were impeccable hosts. The intial welcome was warm and friendly and the room I stayed in was very comfortable. The cooked breakfasts were of superb quality. I am looking forward to staying again in April. There are plenty of books and for those of you who love reading. More

The four of us stayed in St. Anne's while walking the Cotswold Way. Iris and Greg were very helpful hosts and took time to share maps and routes with us. The house was too cluttered for our tastes with books and papers piled everywhere. The rooms were old - The four poster bedroom had a bathroom which was not bigger... More

We stayed at St Anne's when walking the Cotswold Way. It is an ideal place for walkers. We had the twin room facing the street, and I admit it is not very large, but very cosy and charming. The breakfast was very good, with (among other things) homemade bread and jams. A large plus was the possibility to -at a... More

We were welcomed by the hosts who arrived breathless having been called away to round up some cattle that had escaped from their grazing. Their attention to us was wonderful, arranging for a Taxi driver to take us to the local golf club. St Anne's is a charming Cotswold stone house, and is furnished sympathetically, our bedroom at the back... More

If you like good food then this is the place to stay. Breakfast was made with organic and local produce, a real treat for the tastebuds! Rooms are cosy and welcoming, as are the hosts. The house is lovely, with deep colours on the walls, lots of books, pictures, high ceilings, real fireplaces and loads of character. More

The kind of place you can kick off your wellies in the hall. We were greeted with huge cups of tea by a log fire. Quirky old house, full of books and lots of pictures. Big comfy beds and fab power shower. More

Stayed here for three nights in total. The breakfasts are lovely with more than enough to eat. The rooms (and I slept in two different rooms) were comfortable, clean, warm and to be thoroughly recommended. Would hesitate to stay here again. More

We were on a hiking trip in the Cotswolds and arrived after a long day of slogging through the rain. When we arrived at three in the afternoon, the hostess was chatting on the doorstep. We were greeted with the statement that our room was not ready, and that if we had planned to arrive that early (three is *really*... More
