We stayed for one night towards the end of December. Our room (the Indian Room) was clean and comfortable, with lovely views over the church yard across the road. We spent three nights at St Michaels and had a wonderful time. Our room, the Art Deco room, was tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with a wonderful thick duvet and nice linens. Friendly, old world accommodation. But the the first room we stayed in (Indian room) was very noisy with people walking around upstairs. We moved to Rococco room, while small was quiet. The breakfast was excellent. More

We stayed in the Indian room. Other reviews have commented on disturbed sleep due to the dog, church bells, and light.
