We stayed at No.12 for 2 nights in July 2012, it was a perfect weekend away. Sarah instantly made us feel welcome and at home. The B&B is in the centre of Cirencester, great location! We were lucky with the weather - beautiful sunshine both days, so we were able to eat the delicious cooked breakfast outside in the garden.... More

Sarah is friendly and welcoming without ever being overbearing or intrusive. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious - locally-sourced food cooked to perfection and plenty of choice of fruit and cereals. Cirencester town centre is a few steps away, and we had a lovely evening meal at Jesse's Bistro which is barely 30 seconds' walk away.

A beautifully appointed property right in the heart of Cirencester and opposite the Corinium Museum - well worth seeing. The house is from around the Georgian period I believe and is an extremely well-done conversion of what used to be a solicitors office. The rooms are spacious and not cluttered and over-furnished but rather, tastefully done and very comfortable. Although... More

Our stay in this deceptively spacious and tastefully furnished period house was fantastic. Sarah was exceptionally warm and welcoming, just what we needed on a very cold winter's night in January. Beautiful bedroom, gorgeous bedlinen, and the most delicious breakfast. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of tranquility in the heart of this this bustling Cotswolds market... More

Lovely B&B.We spent 2 nights here at the end of July 2012. Beautiful house, very nicely decorated. Our room was spacious, bright, and the bed very comfortable despite being 8 months pregnant! Nice bathroom. Perfect location, the owner recommended a nice restaurant very close by. Delicious breakfast which we ate outside overlooking the pretty garden. By far our best stay... More

We arrived after dark and were slightly anxious about the parking situation. We need not have worried as Sarah went with my husband and showed where the car could be safely left. The house is elegant, warm and beautifully decorated and furnished. Our suite was a good choice as we had a bathroom each and a sitting room in which... More

We had a really friendly welcome from Sarah and were offered tea and cake. The room (No.2) was big with a sleigh bed and although overlooking the street was very quiet. We had the cooked breakfast together with fruit, toast and home made marmalade. It is very conveniently located just opposite the Corinium museum and within walking distance of all... More

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at No 12. The place is fantastic. Sarah and Phillip our hosts were extremely knowledgable and helpful. We enjoyed many wonderful conversations. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed bedding and bathrooms top notch. We had 2 very very early starts, had to miss breakfast (which I am sure would have been delicious) but... More

However, No 12 is by far the best place to spend a night and a cooked breakfast recovering after a reunion dinner! We arrived for check in and received a warm welcome and offers of plenty of help with our luggage. Our room was a Suite which was wonderful and spacious enough to avoid each other if we wished to... Myself and my wife stayed for a friends wedding in the beautiful Cotswolds and were not disappointed. The owner was very attentive and offered great hospitality throughout our stay. Situated in Cirencester a great venue for a short break and delivered some nice touches with top class toiletries and a great breakfast. If you stay you will not be disappointed.
