This hotel is listed as a budget hotel but this is really only in price and not what you get for your money. We paid £45 for 2 people including breakfast. The room was very spacious - looks like it used to be offices so generous proportions in space. It was comfortable and clean which good bathroom facilities. The room... More

This hotel is certainly cheap, but the value is certainly at the lower end of the scale too. There is a spectrum around boutique, quirky, eclectic, modern, chic and individual. This hotel positions itself in this space, but falls sadly rather short. OK, it does not purport to be (or charge like) a Malmaison, or a Hotel du Vin, but... More

We stayed here last week omg. The room was really dirty, make up on the carpet, the glass door into the bathroom was disgusting and the whole room smelt dusty. I had a really bad asthma attack in the night due to the dust. Also you wouldn't want to sit on any of the chairs in the bar area, they... More

Booked with a Living Social Deal and were more than satisfied. Walking distance to shopping area. Small car park but cheap at £5 for the overnight stay. We liked the modern feel, the funky colours in the dining room and the spacious well thought out bedroom. Cannot understand the person saying not much privacy with glass bathroom door - this... More

Ok, this is a budget priced hotel in the centre of Cheltenham - so from that point of view it is good value. It is a bright and welcoming and the facilities are really very good for a budget price - I paid £65 for a Saturday night and that included breakfast. There is also room service for meals and... Stayed here with my son when his girlfriend was ill in hospital for two nights. Budget hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean basic rooms with coffee making. Breakfast good. Fresh fruit, cereals, bacon, sausages, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, etc. Parking for £5 a night. Excellent location. In town centre but quiet. Would recommend.

On booking this hotel for a one night stay, I found it reasonably priced compared to others in the area, however, on arrival I was informed many times that they were a budget hotel and I could have got it cheaper by booking direct through them. When taking my partner away for the night I really didn't need to be... More

For me this was a great find within Cheltenham town centre, it is extremely good value for its location with secure car parking. Its not much to look at from the outside and you could easily mistake it for a block of Flats or Offices, the interior is also very plain, a bit quirky and melamine. The rooms are simple... More

ŒuThe gentleman on reception was welcoming friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotless and the gentleman looking after the breakfast room was continuously wiping down the spills at the breakfast area. I had never stayed at this particular chain of budget hotels before and was worried that a bad experience would spoil my wedding anniversary celebrations. However I... More
