The Staff at the Big Sleep Hotel were very polite and friendly. The hotel is in a really good central location and rooms are comfortable and tidy. The hotel is basic but the price was very reasonable and it is perfect to explore Cheltenham and have a nice evening meal out, then be able to have a short walk home.
