Came for bhf sponsored bike ride. Parked on street right outside. Otherwise no parking apart from next door special rate ncp. Warm welcome from woman on reception who gave me wifi code. Clean comfortable room overlooking quiet courtyard. Acceptable but not luxurious complimentary breakfast. Good air conditioning and A REAL BONUS an opening window! Not at same time tho'.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, right next to The Brewery which has bars, restaurants, gym and cinema. Only a 5 min walk to other central bars and parking is over the road in the NCP, £12 over night but ask at Reception when booking out and they give you a discount card to put in... More

Lovely hotel/position really handy for the towncentre and the brewery area. The hotel staff are friendly rooms are spacious and clean and the power showers in the room are incredible. The courtyard bar area was lovely and a great sun trap for a drink. A really great stay!!

Stayed here to attend a friends birthday party in the town. Finding the place was fine, and parking in the NCP next door was ok too. Big thanks go to Chris & Chris and Sander on the bar. They really are a credit to HIE. Their help and excellent attitude helped to make our stay very enjoyable. The room was basic, as you would expect but very clean. Overall very happy we stayed here. Will definitely stay here again.

When we visited Cheltenham we needed a good hotel, so we stayed at this holiday inn, the rooms were terrific and the views across Cheltenham were amazing, the staff were perfect and the food delicious!
