i would highly recommend this guest house. the room & bathroom was spotless, with a modern decor, it has the little extras like a mini fridge & cotton wool balls in the bathroom. in a quiet road, and only a few minutes from town centre and sea front. the best place to stay in hastings, if i went to hastings... I can't fault this B&B - it is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, has everything you need in the room including mini fridge and helpful information & very friendly staff. Our room was not ensuite, but for the bargain price this was absolutely no issue. Senlac is also in a great location and just 10 inute walk to the... More

I just stayed here for 2 nights but have stayed here before a few times previously. It is a small B&B run by friendly people who are helpful, the rooms I have stayed in (singles) were small but perfectly adequate, were nicely decorated with decent furniture and very clean. Being only 5 minutes walk from the seafront, and 3 minutes... More

I stayed at Forty Six which is owned by the same people. The guest house was newly refurbished and immaculate. There were many thoughtful extras such as the fridge, iron and ironing board and the drinks tray was well stocked. The room was warm and very comfortable with a bed that ensured a good night's sleep. There was some noise... More

We stayed just for one weekend and had a lovely time. The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, the breakfast was fab, and the staff are particularly friendly and helpful. Considering the very reasonable price, it's well worth staying here. It's just a shame we could only stay for 2 days. More

We had a room consisting of 1 double bed and 1 single bed which was just right for my Wife, Son and myself. The room was very clean and tidy with a good supply of Tea & Coffee and Aero Drinking Chocolate and a packet of biscuits.( Which my Son absolutely loved). The guest house is within easy reach of... Stayed at the Guest house for a weekend, room was nice, didn't order breakfast as we wanted to make the most of the town. The owners gave us a parking permit on arrival, saying that it would run out in the morning, so all we needed to do was to go to a nearby car park at 9am (which we... More

Firstly thank you for the kind comment that you thought our rooms were nice but sorry to read that your experience has left a bitter after taste due to the parking regulations. The Senlac is located in the centre of town and like any other town centre it is difficult to park without paying for parking. Out off courtesy we... More
