I've been here a couple of times now and I love this place. It's ideally situated in Kemp Town with some great pubs and restaurants and of course the sea right on it's doorstep, the rooms are comfy and well maintained and the breakfast is just ace. Highly recommended.

I never stay anywhere else in Brighton. A moments walk from the sea front, this boutique hotel is a great find.
