We had a really lovely stay within this hotel. It was simple and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful also. We would definitely stay again. We especially liked this stay as we aim to support the independent family run businesses and this definitely did that!

The staff gave us a nice welcome on arrival and were happy to provide us with help and advice. The hotel was very comfortable, if a little tired in places (e.g. the ground floor loo). We had a very good breakfast and had a happy stay.

Top location on New Steine, ie close enough to the attractions of Brighton but not overwhelmed with sozzled riff raff. The decor of our room "Morocco" was stylish, albeit looking tired in places.
