I like Premier Inn's. You know what you're going to get. We checked in really quickly, they were friendly enough. Room was ok, small, but ok (pleanty of tea stain's up the wall!!) View was of the bins & workman refurbing the local supermarket. The noise was terrible, but stopped at 6pm, but started again at 6am in the morning.... more

When my husband and I arrived I found the man (Nick) who worked on reception very rude. We had booked on line and had used my mothers credit card to book, we assumed the funds had already been taken, when we arrived he asked to see the card so they could charge it obviously we didn't have the card as... more

Have stayed here many times before with no problems over about 5 years, as we probably some to Brighton once a year. Great location, always clean, with nice big, smart rooms. Always look forward to staying. Have paid a lot more (£150 a night) for boutique hotels in Brighton that I've liked a lot less. However, I didn't get a... more

I booked the Premier Inn Brighon (North St) for a budget Valentine's get away. The room was OK, but when it came for a nice hot bath before our night on the town, the water was just above tepid. I went to complain (very nicely) to the staff on reception who were blank-faced and offered no explanation or alternative, but... more

Just stayed at the Premier Inn in Brighton City Centre for a course over 2 days, staying Friday night and Saturday night. Reviewing hotels in Brighton before we decided to stay here, it became evident that there were 3 problems with hotels in this area: 1) The expense 2) The poor quality of service and rooms 3) Having to pay... more

At £60 a night for a central Brighton hotel you cannot really argue. A standard room for this type of hotel, clean and tidy, reasonable size etc. The staff were very, almost too attentive (a phone call 30 secs after we got to the room to check it was ok). Bathroom fine, although suffers the general problems of all hotel... more

Never got to the hotel due to snow conditions and advise by police not to travel. Premier Inn refused to re- imburse my room costs as it was on a special rate (Travel lodge wavered this for my brother the same day) and when i called Customer relations to complain, when i eventually got through i received the worst customer... more

Just back from a weekend in Brighton. This hotel was great value for money, ideal location for shopping, eating out and visiting the pier. The hotel allowed us to check in early as rooms were ready, stored luggage after we had checked out and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. For a good value trip to Brighton, it... more

I booked this hotel for 1 night 27th November. I was impressed with the size of the double room and the standard of decor and cleanliness. I immediately tried to adjust the room temperature which didn't appear to be working but I gave it an hour to see if there was any difference. It was very cold that night and... more
