Stayed at Queens Hotel on a trip to see Thin Lizzy at the Brighton Dome. We chose it for the location (10 minutes walk to the Dome and on the seafront) and it did not disappoint in either respect. Decor and room layout lacks attention to detail (eg loo installed so close to the wall that a size 14 bum can't sit on it without being squashed against the wall!) but customer service and friendliness from the staff was second to none.
