It is hard to believe that this hotel is belongs among the top 10 of Brighton. What you get: friendly personall, standard breakfast (plain, not special), spacious room, good bed, hygienic.
But for a top 10 the hotel is 'dated' and overall normal and would not surprise you.
Being 2 miles from the city centre is a choise. Advantage is...

Nice comfy hotel, comfortable smart rooms, and nice location. The public rooms are ok, if not dated, but the room I stayed in was very nice and on par with some more expensive hotels.

This hotel presents a family atmosphere. Old fashion furniture, but a great, soft, comfortable bed.
The room I have stayed in was quite big. Huge bathroom with bathtub, but once again, the bathroom looks really old.
Average staff members without helpful information.
It is a good place to relax as it is quite, you would never get disturbed by the noise...

We were lucky that the sun was shining, which...

Being use to staying in and enjoying premier inn's, I loved the generous room size and toilettries. there was...

A quiet place which is not in the centre of the city with the brilliant service. The bar is really nice, the restaurant is really good with big...

Brighton and Hove can be expensive to stay for the weekend even in the off-season, and especially since the new football stadium opened, which means teams like Ipswich will bring thousands of fans who like to stay over. So I was pleasantly surprised to get two nights here for under 200 pounds including breakfast (always check out the Leisure Break...
