Excelent customer service is not just a measure of how friendly and welcoming your hosts are but how any situation that may arise is dealt with. This is a small narrow bed and breakfast on a street off the promenade by the burnt out pier. The rest of the street looks a bit dodgy, with a hostel for bag backers, and lots of shady characters sat on steps outside neglected bedsits.
