This is a lovely place to stay - the house was very cosy on a cold day and its layout over four floors (maybe five?) made sure that it didn't feel crowded. My partner and I stayed have visited Brighton many times and this has been the best hotel we have stayed in. The modern Boutique style rooms were very elegant, confortable and the breakfast was delicious (the sausages were yummy!) The location was perfect for us to walk into town within a few minutes. The guesthouse is perfect! The pier is within a 5 minute walking distance, the rooms are decorated to a high standard and the service is impeccable. The owner cannot do enough to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The breakfast is also of very good quality.
