We stayed for 2 nights during may bank holiday. On arriving to our room we found around 30-40 ants crawling around the room. The majority of them were on the dressing table. Also joining us for the insect festival was around 5-6 wood lice. We contacted reception and they explained that they could bring up some spray for the ants... More

Stayed here for a night in May. Building is beautiful and rooms excellent. Staff are obsessed with time keeping, so don 't expect serving if you are a minute late! Food was hit and miss, on occasions excellent and then poor. Overall average and would consider again.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Swanage near the sea. Sunday carvery was lovely and staff as always very attentive, had a great view over the hotel gardens. Will definitely be back, fantastic sea view rooms.

Our break got off to a great start with a warm, friendly and professional reception.
