Clive and Judie were extremely hospitable, they even welcomed us with a hot cup of tea on an extremely cold January day..The room was cosy, very clean and warm. The shower room was rather small but adequate, with good quality soap products. The breakfast was brilliant, good choice,good quality and freshly cooked,they even provided a full Gluten Free English breakfast.... More

Well situated in a beautifully renovated historic building close to the town centre. Quiet, comfortable, truly great breakfasts. Room smallish but lovingly fitted out. Lots of thoughtful extras. Friendly and professional service. Parking close but not on site.

We have just returned from a two night stay at the Town Hall Lodge, a lovely place to spend a few days, great location tucked behind the shopping area, very quiet however a few steps away from all Swanage has to offer. Brief trip for a friends birthday but a good stay, Judie & Clive were helpful and lovely even though we accidentally arrived a bit later than expected. Nice clean and comfy room, good breakfast too (helped the hangover!)

The panel room we stayed in was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The shower had broken but that was one of those things that couldn't be helped (the hosts were very sorry but at a weekend we understood that they couldn't get anyone out). Just stayed three days at the Town Hall Lodge. I cannot fault it.Wonderful rooms with superb breakfasts. The Swanage area is a great place for a break, and the hosts Judie & Clive will look after you. I will return.
