booked at last minute, for 21-28th july 2012, excellent site . very friendly staff , we were upgraded to bigger caravan on arrival (brilliant) very clean caravan, excellent views across the dorset countryside. would advise other people to try it. very central for dorset it self and only minutes to coast.
Lovely quiet park in the heart of Dorset. Great for families wanting a quiet break with ease of access to the best Dorset has to offer.
We don't normally rent, as we have a motor home, but we took Mother here for a break. It is a really friendly, small, owner run park. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are really helpful. We are returning again this year, and would recommend it, especially if you want somewhere quiet and peaceful.
Pretty Grim Holiday Park on a Busy A road. Redeeming features are closeness to Weymouth and Dorchester. The Scandinavian Style Chalet we stayed in had a god awful damp smell. The shower was next to useless. It clearly wasn't cleaned properly. We actually drove home a day early as sleeping in the chalet for one more night sent a chill...
