The staff were very helpful and friendly right off the bat. We stayed for one night in the coldest weekend in March in 50 years. The hotel was clean, the indoor pool was small but amazing with the kids (pool was warm, and pretty much had it all to ourselves). It completely exceeded my expectations and can't wait to return.

Very small shower. Threadbare blankets on the bed and a small eiderdown. Broken dressing table. Wall paper border not stuck to the wall. Door rattles when the wind blows. Lift is just SCARY. Bathroom was tiny. Shower was very small. Breakfast is ok. Great television. Glad we're home!
