We stayed as a family of 5, at this place reading other guests reviews, and found it homely comfortable place with budget prices. The owners were helpful and keen to answer all queries. The room were clean and we found the place quite good for families, as there were no noisy guests, as owners seemed quite particular about these things.... More

Myself and a friend of mine stayed in this hotel in September 2011 for the weekend. We found that the rooms were clean and comfy. Good value for money. Only a tiny problem with the toilet not initially flushing but this was resolved immediately and caused no inconvienience. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Thank you. More

We stayed here because the hotel advertises "free wireless high speed Internet access" on its website which we needed for work. Sadly this isn't actually true. There is virtually no signal from the rooms (and no desk!) and can just about be picked up on a laptop in the lounge on the ground floor. That may not sound so bad... More

Booked into the Newbury, everything was organised for when we arrived. No waiting around just went straight in and unpacked. Room was exactly as described and very tidy and clean, with lovely high cellings and even a sea view!
