Staff were extremely unwelcoming. Room was cold! Reception was rude, ignorant! booked double room got two singles! Ordered food they got the order wrong. They just seemed to get everthing wrong_ dont know what they are doing.

Our room with dirty with bugs crawling! The bath had hair in it! The staff were rude The only good thing about this place was the pool It advertises that it is 5 mins away from the centre. It is clearly not.

Just returned from a weekend break here. Brilliant we could have not asked for better. Great room very friendly helpful staff. Good food. We will return. The area itself is super. Great beaches. Lulworth cove and curdle door a must see.
