Stayed here for one night - room was clean but very small and looked tired - maybe having a view over other rooms and air conditioning plant didn't help! We just spent 2 nights there and were very disappointed with the hotel, particularly with the basement "spa" area, which is in a really tired and quite unpleasant state, mould in the ladies shower cubicle the whole area dark and dingy and a bit smelly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay on a conference this week. Luckily, plenty of free parking which is a boon for Bournemouth! Friendly staff on reception and bar and, restaurant breakfast first class. On arrivial we were given a twin room alhough it was actually meant to be a double room, Staff where very efficient on doing there best to get what we actually ordered so although they pushed two beds together they got away with it, as we recieved a lovely spacious room and complimentary drinks due to the 'cock up' ....
