Spent a great long weekend at Pitt Farm, Kineton Cottage. This complex is an excellent location for discovering the South Hams district of Devon. It is not far from Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Paignton, Totnes and the City of Exeter. River trips, steam train rides, beaches are all close at hand. The complex itself has lots of facilities for everyone e.g. games... More

Our family spent a week at the farm cottages and the accommodation was lovely as were the facilities. The owners are the nicest people you could wish to meet and do their upmost to make sure your stay is as great as possible. They have just opened a shop on site and there is already a pool, games room, tennis... More

We have just spent the most lovely, relaxing weekend away at Pitt Farm. We stayed in the Martingale cottage which was ample space for four active children and six adults. Bright airy and clean, equipped with everything you may need. We were blessed with the weather which made enjoying the tennis court and the outdoor area a must. In fact... More

We have a four year old and a 18month old baby and recently went for a long weekend to Devon, staying in Kineton at Pitt Farm. The cottage (large barn conversion) was well equipped, modern, clean and spacious - perfect for what we needed. Pitt Farm has excellent facilities such as a lovely swimming pool, tennis court, games rooms, play... More

Brilliant facilities and a brilliant stay. All the family, (3 generations) 12 of us stayed here in the Pelham Barn for a week including Charismas. Fantastic hosts (Pete and Sue) who even provided carols, mulled wine and Stollen in the games room on Christmas Eve for all the guests. Location is delightfully out of way and peaceful; plonked nicely between... More

What a lovely place for a weekend getaway. We spent 3 nights in the 'Snaffle' cottage. Set in a beautiful rural location, but only approx 20 minutes away from the stunning beaches like Bigbury/Burgh Island and the pretty town of Salcombe.. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the cottage was. Plenty of room for four adults and two teenage children.The... More

We have just had a great 3 night break in Kineton Cottage at Pitt Farm for New Years Eve. Kineton is a 4 bedroom cottage but has one large master that extra beds can go into. We were 2 families with 5 children between us so a total of 9 and actually with young children the property could probably cope... More

A perfect place for a family holiday. The owners gave us a warm welcome and had a lovely welcome with home-made scones, gorgeous clotted cream with jam...and the collage we stayed at was spacious and cosy. There were many games and books to keep us busy for the whole week but we were only there for a long weekend. The... More

We booked Pelham for a weekend away for us and friends (9 adults & 4 kids) and had a fab time. The service from time of booking to departed was really thorough, pete and sue really wanted to make sure it worked out well for us. The scones and wine on arrival was a lovely touch. There was plenty of... More
