Some friends booked this apparently 3 star hotel in Torquay for a weekend break. The actual hotel building can be described as , crumbling Victorian. This is a hotel I will never forget that's for sure! Reception- Nice lady on check-in, prompt and helpful. Told us the way to our rooms with no problems finding them via the lift.
